KIZZY APPAREL — PRIVACY POLICY (MINOR DATA PROTECTION & SOVEREIGNTY)

1. PRIVACY COMMITMENT AND SENSITIVE MINOR DATA
Kizzy Dancewear Pty Ltd is rigorously committed to protecting user privacy and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). To execute high-precision technical tailoring and production grading, our digital systems handle specific sensitive physical metrics, including height, chest, waist, hip, and girth vectors. Because these metrics frequently relate to individuals under the age of 18 (minor dancers), Kizzy handles this information with enterprise-grade data security policies.

2. ALPHANUMERIC PSEUDONYMISATION AND CLIENT WARRANTIES
Kizzy implements a strict policy of blind data minimization. Our platform does not require, nor should it collect, the legal names, birth dates, or photographic identities of minor dancers. All physical measurements must be cataloged using alphanumeric codes (e.g., Studio-ID-01) controlled exclusively by the Client. The Studio Principal or school administrator warrants that they have obtained explicit, written, and verifiable parental or guardian consent to collect and transmit these physical metrics for commercial production execution. The Client fully indemnifies Kizzy against any breach of privacy claims originating from unauthorized data collection or parent-agent disputes.

3. TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE, ENCRYPTION, AND DATA SOVEREIGNTY
All sensitive analytical measurement profiles processed through the Shopify environment and integrated software infrastructure are structurally secured using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) parameters both in transit and at rest. To protect local data compliance, all digital measurement sets and customer specifications are structurally ring-fenced and stored on secure servers located geographically within the borders of Australia. Data is retained strictly to secure long-term pattern integrity for future restaging purposes and will be permanently purged upon formal corporate written request by the authorizing Client account holder.
