KIZZY APPAREL — FORMAL LEGAL NOTICE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STATEMENTS

1. PROPRIETARY OWNERSHIP OF STRUCTURAL PATTERN IP
All text, geometric layouts, garment mock-ups, proprietary sizing matrices, structural tailoring formulas, manufacturing files, digital models, source code, visual design elements, and technical specifications hosted on this digital portal are the exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of Kizzy Dancewear Pty Ltd. The execution of a custom performance purchase order transfers ownership of the physical garment *only*. Absolute title, copyright, industrial design registrations, and underlying replication rights remain permanently vested in Kizzy.

2. ANTI-REPLICATION & ANTI-PIRACY COVENANTS
The Client is strictly prohibited from granting third-party entities, local seamstresses, or alternative commercial production operations access to Kizzy's physical designs, technical spec sheets, or structural patterns for the purposes of cloning, modification, or high-volume duplication. Any un-licensed production run or physical mimicry of an authentic Kizzy pattern configuration represents an immediate structural breach of Australian intellectual property frameworks and will trigger immediate legal enforcement, immediate account lockdown, and civil claims for financial damages based on lost commercial IP valuation.

3. THE DESIGN VAULT LEGAL FRAMEWORK
All finished bespoke patterns are securely cataloged inside the Kizzy Design Vault. Kizzy preserves complete ownership of these digital architectural files. Active subscription to the Design Vault system grants the customer a non-transferable, conditional commercial license to execute direct re-ordering or future structural staging runs. This license is immediately cancelled upon default of payment or violation of any security constraints detailed within our broader Terms of Service.
